Qualifying organisations can apply for any of the following services — the same work we deliver to our commercial clients, at no cost.

A professional, mobile-friendly website for your organisation — built from scratch, hosted, and deployed live. Includes a contact form and custom design using your branding.

Excel Training

Practical Excel training for your team — tailored to your organisation's data and reporting needs. Covers formulas, PivotTables, dashboards, and Power Query. In-person or remote.

Custom Spreadsheets & VBA

Bespoke Excel solutions to automate your reporting, track donations, manage volunteers, or handle any data process your organisation currently does manually.

AI-Driven Automation

Automate repetitive manual tasks — email workflows, data entry, reporting, document processing — so your team can spend more time on your mission and less on admin.

The One Condition

Completely Free — With One Goodwill Gesture

Our pro bono work is genuinely free. We don't charge for our time, and there are no hidden fees. The only thing we ask in return is a simple goodwill gesture that costs your organisation nothing but a little time.

Once the project is complete and you're happy with the result, we ask that your organisation:

Publish a blog post on your website

A short write-up describing the pro bono project, your experience working with Data Sensum, and the impact on your organisation — with a direct link to datasensum.com.

Share it on your social media channels

Share the blog post (or a dedicated post) on your organisation's social media — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or whichever platforms you use — mentioning Data Sensum and linking to our website.

That's it. No ongoing commitment, no fees, no strings attached. The post helps us build our reputation — which is how we sustain our ability to offer this programme to more organisations in the future.

Who Can Apply

Organisations with charitable status or registered as non-profits in Ireland or internationally.

Community & voluntary organisations

Community groups, sports clubs, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises operating on a not-for-profit basis.

Educational & research institutions

Schools, colleges, and research organisations with a genuine not-for-profit mission and a specific data or technology need.

Clear, specific project scope

We can only take on a limited number of pro bono projects at a time. Priority is given to applications with a well-defined scope and clear benefit to the organisation.

We review all applications and respond within five working days. Due to capacity, we may not be able to accept every application — but we read every one and will let you know either way.
